Allspice Banana Bread



This recipe is experimental. I have only made it once, and I only wrote the directions down several hours later, so I could have made mistakes. It could use some further refinment, but makes a good solid bread that goes well with peanut putter (but then, what doesn't?).

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients throughly.
  2. Dump in a greased bread pan.
  3. Cover and let rise for 1.5 hours or so.
  4. Cook at 350 degrees F for about an 1.25 hours.
  5. Let cool for 10-15 minutes before slicing for cleanest cutting.
