Banana-ed Bread

(This recipe requires a bread machine.)

Makes a 2 lb. loaf.

This is not the typical sort of "banana bread" that should really be called banana cake. This is a true banana bread. It is soft, moist, and slightly sweet bread.

Ingredients

• 1 cup milk.
• 1 large egg.
• 2 Tbl. butter.
• 2 rediculously ripe bananas.
• 4 cups bread flour.
• 1/4 cup finally groud walnuts (almost a powder)
• 3 Tbl. white sugar.
• 1 1/2 tsp. salt.
• 2 tsp. yeast.

Directions

1. Place the ingredients in the bread machine, in the order listed.
2. Set the bread machine to the "basic" setting and start it.
3. Come back when the timer runs out. About 3-4 hours.
4. Remove from pan.
5. Let cool up to 10 minutes for easier cutting.
6. Enjoy.
